    The Club Lounge experience was lovely, with very nice views and warm service from the staff. My nephew especially enjoyed the delicious drinks and chatting with Dennis, who gave us great tips for our excursions.

    My kids wished for more family-friendly activity options.

    The staff are especially helpful and exceptionally professional, managed the parking on-site. The room is amazing and quiet with the insane views, everything is superb. The services are excellent, including a very clean pool❤

    The Club Executive Suite had a amazing view of the Tokyo skyline from the 48th floor. Room amenities included a coffee machine, minibar, luxurious bathrobe, and a spacious private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The spa offered amazing treatments like full-body massages and beauty services.
